Homes Urban, LLC was excited to announce that it would begin construction of a mixed-use project at 100 Prince Avenue in Athens, Georgia in 2019. They worked with architecture firm, McMillan Pazdan Smith, civil engineering firm, Smith Planning, and general contractors, Trehel Corporation to bring this project to life. The project site was formerly known as St. Joseph’s Catholic Church and was redeveloped to include 110 Class A apartments, a 10,000 square foot grocery store, and 17,000 square feet of additional retail and commercial space. The original St. Joseph’s chapel constructed in 1911 was preserved and the site is adjacent to downtown Athens which provides an iconic destination for upscale townhomes and apartments, a walkable neighborhood village, and Athens’ first urban-scale grocery store.
Ridge Media worked closely with the teams at Weller Management and Homes Urban from the beginning, working on naming and branding that was simple and clean-cut. 100 Prince’s target audiences are graduate students, professionals that work at the University of Georgia, young professionals, and alumni that would want a place for the weekend during football season. The logo features an icon of the stained glass windows in the door at the St. Joseph’s Catholic Church that is at the center of the 100 Prince property with a clean and modern typeface to complement the icon.
Ridge Media created print materials for 100 Prince that included business cards, letterheads, folders, rack cards, parking stickers, as well as floor plans to keep their brand cohesive.
Our development team built a one-of-a-kind website for the team at 100 Prince with the goal to show construction progress as well as starting leasing the property.
