Upstate Plastic Surgery

Upstate Plastic Surgery’s team approached Ridge Media in order to modernize their current marketing approach. We shifted the existing traditional marketing into a digital campaign, such as identifying new opportunities outside of magazine advertisement and community sponsorships. In order to do this, our team recommended a brand “facelift” both with a new logo and website, along with internal design and signage. Our design team worked with the partners to create a new clean, modern, and timeless logo to lead them into the digital era. We were able to create new letterhead designs, business cards, scrubs, along with overseeing the permitting and  installation of new signage both on the exterior of the building and interior.

Our goals for the new brand included growing their social media presence, winning a more competitive keyword battle, and engaging current customers with their spa, and improving brand awareness with Greenville’s growing community. In addition, to improve performance we integrated a Google Ads campaign with HIPAA-compliant call tracking to show the source traffic of new patients.
