Position Overview:
Ridge Media is seeking a highly-motivated, full-time Account Executive to join our team in Greenville, SC. As an account executive, you'll work within a full service marketing firm, acting as a link between the agency and our clients. Working in the digital marketing sectors, an account executive ensures the smooth running of campaigns – from communicating the correct information to all members of the team, to overseeing content development and implementation to facing clients and reporting to the team and clients.

Understanding the needs of our clients is vital, which you'll learn through liaising closely with them throughout campaigns, often on a daily basis. You'll also manage administrative and campaign work to ensure that advertising projects are completed on time and on budget.

A successful account executive will be interested in the client in order to develop strong, meaningful relationships. Timely communication is imperative in order to complete projects on time and on budget.

This is NOT a remote position and requires in-office attendance. Expect to work closely with the rest of our team in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

Account Executive Responsibilities:

    Client Interfacing
    Meet and liaise with clients to discuss and identify their marketing requirements, goals, etc.
    Work with agency colleagues to devise an advertising campaign that meets the client's brief and budget
    Liaise with, and act as the link between, the client and Ridge Media by maintaining regular contact with both
    Ensure that communication flows effectively
    Present creative work to clients for approval or modification

    Team Liaison
    Facilitate website, design, and production projects for the creative team
    Manage client communications regarding setting expectations, timelines, and budget
    Review social media goals and reports with social media coordinator

    Social Media
    Communicate social media campaigns with client
    Communicate reports, trends, satisfaction, and challenges to report back to team

    Email marketing
    Create monthly newsletters to cover specials, events, etc. within email marketing programs
    Discover upcoming specials and events to be used on campaigns

    Photoshoots
    Work with producer/content creator to plan the shot list on the preproduction sheet
    Coordinate models
    Communicate with all parties (social media coordinator, producer, client, creative director) to plan shoots based on goals

    Reporting
    Pull reports based on Social Media and SEM statistics
    Write client reports
    Present reports to clients

Account Executive Requirements:
  • 1+ years of professional work experience

  • Familiarity and foundational knowledge of digital marketing for a business

Ridge Media is looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating new business and building relationships with clients. In this entry-level position, you will be responsible for driving outbound activities, developing and executing sales strategies, and supporting the leadership team with day-to-day tasks.

Responsibilities:
  • Initiate outbound sales and marketing activities, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking, to generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline.

  • Present and promote Ridge Media's products and services to potential clients.

  • Engage in consultative selling, understanding clients' needs, and tailoring solutions to meet their requirements.

  • Develop a strategic approach to prospecting and lead generation, using various methods to identify and connect with potential clients.

  • Nurture relationships with prospects and follow up on leads to convert them into business opportunities.

  • Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage sales activities, and update relevant information regularly.

Requirements:

The production intern will work closely with various team members during the span of their internship. For this position, the production intern’s major duties will include (but are not limited to) gathering content for the client’s social media such as going to specific locations to shoot videography/photography based on the needs and wants of the client; editing video/photo content for use across all platforms; scheduling content to Social Media; working directly with the company to brainstorm ideas for major projects; and more.
